Hi guys! My name is Stefanie and that’s my husband, Kevin.  We’re both born and raised in sunny California, but have packed up everything we own, including our Labradoodle (Chief), and moved to Kansas City, MO.

I created this blog as a way to share our adventures with my friends and family. Writing and photography are a couple of my favorite hobbies, so this is a creative outlet for me. It’s my passion to talk about food, make food, eat food, research nutrition, share recipes, etc…you get the point.

I’m constantly striving to better my health through nutrition, fitness, and mindset. So, in addition to ALL THINGS FOOD, you may catch me talking about fitness, our NEW HOME (yay), beauty and lifestyle, and anything else that comes to mind.
